Dr. Shukla is a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Mindfulness Trainer
She is committed to promoting mental health and well-being, particularly among youth and adolescents.
Co-Principal Investigator of a Mini Research Project under the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Research and Development Scheme titled “Effectiveness of Psychosocial and Nutritional Knowledge Intervention on Nutritional Status of Rural Adolescent Girls.”
Actively involved in teaching, research, and mentorship, she has successfully guided student research and continues to support emerging scholars in the field of psychology.
Her academic interests include positive psychology, adolescent mental health, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural interventions, and psychosocial well-being.
Through her research, teaching, and writing, Dr. Shukla strives to bridge psychological theory and practice, empowering individuals and communities to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
At Jivisha she heads Institutional Partnerships and Resource Library where her vast knowledge adds immense value to Jivisha’s content supporting mental well-being.

Kirti is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, with expertise in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, adolescent mental health, and neuropsychology.
Her clinical and research experience spans premier institutions including AIIMS New Delhi, Government Medical College & Hospital Chandigarh, Brain Behaviour Research Foundation of India (BBRFI), and Max Healthcare.
Alongside her clinical practice, she has contributed to psychological research, higher education, and professional training.
Kirti currently serves as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, providing evidence-based psychological care across diverse populations.
She is UGC-NET qualified, an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Practitioner, and a member of the American Psychological Association.
At Jivisha, she brings expertise in clinical psychology, Psycho-diagnostic assessments, Psycho-therapy and takes sessions for Clinical and other cases, supporting the organization's commitment to ethical, scientifically grounded mental healthcare.

Dr. Gupta is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over three decades of experience in mental healthcare, primarily associated with Nur Manzil Psychiatric Centre, Lucknow.
Her focus is Trauma Therapy, EMDR, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Relationship Wellbeing.
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Gupta has led workshops, webinars, and retreats aimed at strengthening emotional wellbeing, resilience, and healthy relationships. Her work reflects a commitment to integrating psychological science with compassionate, person-centred care across both clinical and community settings.
At Jivisha, she primarily takes assessments and therapy for clinical cases and advises on the Resource Library.

She is also proficient in documentation, confidential record management, and basic IT applications.
Samira is passionate about long term palliative care counselling, care for care-givers and psycho-education.
At Jivisha, she does individual counselling and also leads Outreach for Institutional & Hospital Partnerships.

She is passionate about mental health across generations and geographies, particularly among young ones.
Her experience in the corporate world has also added to her skills in conducting Wellbeing Programmes for institutions.
As the Founder of Jivisha, she leads Partnerships, Programmes and Content.
She also does Individual Counselling both online and in person across Lucknow.
Sakina works with children having focus issues, difficulties in concentration, teenage troubles and child abuse survivors.

Utpal currently leads his own venture focused on Service Management and Learning & Development, where he supports organisations in building customer-centric processes, leadership capabilities, and operational excellence.
